What is the challenge?
The objective is to build the best classic mini you can on a strict budget of £2000. The exact nature of the build is at the individual's descretion - a pristene concours beauty or a down and dirty custom and anything inbetween.
Taking up the challenge
The prize is the honour of having the best so with reputation and honour as the stake no self respecting mini enthusiast can miss the opportunity to take part and here at Customini we are very enthusiastic about our minis!
	The heart of the car is the engine and this is the engine we are using. Freshly assembled here it is a thing of beauty - almost a shame to put it in a car when it would serve just as well as an item of art.
	Everything that can be lacquered, polished or plated has been to make sure the beauty is not transient.
	A real labour of love - nothing is missed out in the preparation...
